    本研究探討了綠原酸對(duì)食管鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma, ESCC)的抑制作用及其分子機(jī)制。研究通過體外細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)和體內(nèi)動(dòng)物模型實(shí)驗(yàn),證實(shí)了綠原酸能夠顯著抑制ESCC的生長。在體外實(shí)驗(yàn)中,綠原酸處理的ESCC細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出增殖抑制、遷移和侵襲能力下降。此外,綠原酸通過下調(diào)BMI1和SOX2的表達(dá),抑制了ESCC細(xì)胞的自我更新能力。
